Feb Exercise Goal Reached

Almost didn't make it. 20 minutes on Friday & then 50 minutes today. 600 minutes total reached. I'm glad I made the goal, but I really should have exceeded it by much more.

Thanks for the accolades, but - really - I should have at least hit 800 minutes.

Krista, I've been liking Jackie Warner on demand. I think it's the Total Body Workout. She's not as annoying as Jillian.

Karin, I'm not sure yet. We're getting the kitchen remodeled, and I'm not sure how much of a pain it will be. I hope I can get lots in!

Great job Beth! I did a little over 600 minutes for February too, but it was much more moderate exercise than you are doing. I don't think I would last 5 minutes doing Jackie Warner!

Great going, Ann! That's tremendous to do that much in one month after not exercising in a while. The scale will reflect your achievements!
