Breakfast:
12 oz of green beans
turkey patty (35g protein according to the package)
little bit of cheddar on top
no bun
Lunch:
deli turkey, 2 slices of cheese, no condiments, on wheat sandwich bread
2 servings potato chips
1/4 cup mashed up Heath bits (bought for a recipe and of course snacked on)
Dinner:
2 corn tortillas
2 bowls chicken tortilla soup with some sour cream on top

Good that there's no candy or ice cream... but urgh, potato chips are quite possibly the worst single food you can eat healthwise >_<
But cheddar and sour cream chips taste so good. :D
