Starting on January 1st, I decided to switch from keeping track of my exercise minutes to keeping track of my food with an app. As I've stated numerous times, I am really good at exercising. My problem is food. I eat too much.
With the exception of the week of my birthday, I did pretty good in January. I kept track of my intake. It was a bit depressing because it took 2.5 weeks to get the scale to budge at all.
At the end of the month, I lost 3.2 pounds. Not too bad. Keeping the ball rolling is what's difficult.
